last weekend we found a new, modern townhouse in salt lake proper where we will be moving in mid-september. it makes me want to jump and shout for two reasons: 1 - a new place means new decorating and new space to fill, and 2 - i will be 8 miles from my office and won't be driving 2 hours a day. hooray!
it has 3 beds, 3 baths, windows galore, a 2-car garage, and a trax station 100 yards from the front door. bring on the painted walls and bbqs!
*colors are a little off and there are a few slight differences, but i had to give you the idea.

Are you kidding me?!?!! It's GORGEOUS!!!! Congratulations!! It's already stunning--I can't wait to see it after you've decorated. You have great taste. As for failing CPA exams, I should probably remove that statement from my blog. I was sure I failed FAR when I took it back in July. But I just got my score back and totally passed! Words cannot expressed how I feel about that, but let's just say I could have been hit by a train the day I found out and STILL been smiling the whole way to the hospital.

We totally looked there! I liked it a lot (especially the part about the Trax), but ended up finding something we liked better up in North Salt Lake (no trax :-( ). We are just waiting to see if the loan all goes through.
