Spaghetti Sauce


Ingredients:
• Olive Oil
• Onion
• Fresh Garlic Cloves
• Fresh Basil Leaves
• Whole Tomatoes (3)
• Salt
• Parmesan Cheese


Saute a diced onion and 2 whole garlic cloves in olive oil (about 1/4 cup) on medium heat for about 7 minutes. Add 3 whole peeled blanched tomatoes, basil leaves (about 7), and some salt. Cook on medium to medium-low heat while pasta cooks. Add parmesan cheese before serving.

Serves 4.
